This stunningly renovated Georgian dowager house on the Colebrooke Estate is the ancestral home of the Brookeborough family. The house has never been open to the public in its 200 year history so this is an historic and unique moment in time to grasp the opportunity to stay in this exceptional building.

With single road access and surrounded by 1000 acres of rolling Fermanagh countryside not only is it exclusive but also totally private.

You enter the house through a large reception hall which opens onto a magnificent dining room seating 16 comfortably and a beautiful formal sitting room with an open fire, all the rooms are decorated with antique furniture and original oil paintings.

There are 8 newly renovated bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite with both shower and bath. There is a shared bathroom and shower room for the remaining 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom is a disabled access room with a substantial and discretely appointed ensuite, it has a fully disabled specific shower and toilet facilities.

There is a cosy large kitchen with an aga, gas-fired hob, convection oven, combi-oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and seating for 10 people.

A large, cosy informal family room with 45 inch television and comfy sofas and armchairs a wood-burning stove and large library completes the list of reception rooms.

There is also a hot room, laundry room, utility, drinks cupboard, cloak room, 2 downstairs toilets and ample storage space. Plus, excellent wifi throughout.
