We have a comprehensive Gym which you may use as a guest member after induction.

We have lots of private lanes for jogging and power walking.
CYCLING
Wonderful landscape with tracks and tarmac roads for family cycling. Guests should bring their own cycles or arrange to hire them prior to arrival.

WALKING
Colebrooke Estate is one of the most beautiful places to walk and is a haven for wildlife whether in woodland or riverside.
There are numerous private lanes for walking, guests can walk off the tracks however we ask that you keep dogs on leads at all times and shut gates were necessary.
KITCHEN GARDEN
The stunning walled kitchen garden, managed by the very able Dougal our head gardener produces vegetable boxes that can be purchased by prior arrangement please call Miriam for details.
HORSE RIDING
Forest Stables are only 10 minutes away –You can have lessons in an arena or a leisurely trek through the Clogher Valley hills and forests.
PHOTOGRAPHY
How is your photography? Why not put a small group of friends together, take a cottage, and have a weekend of learning and practical photography with a professional photographer among our fabulous wildlife in this beautiful historic parkland and river environment.
Take it one stage further perhaps; Have you ever wondered why it is so difficult to get close enough to photograph wildlife without frightening the animal or birds away? Why not come and learn from a qualified deer stalker how to get close to our amazing wildlife, including deer, otter, red squirrels, pine martins, kingfishers, dippers and various birds of prey. There are some purpose built hides for your comfort!!!
FISHING
There is excellent trout and pike fishing in the private 3 mile stretch of the Colebrooke River which runs through the estate.
There is also private trout fishing in hill loughs within 10 minutes of the cottages.
